Bookomnia Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bookomnia, including our website, booking pages, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, using the Service, or making a booking through Bookomnia, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to both business users (for example, salons, clinics, studios, and other providers) and end customers who make bookings through a Bookomnia-powered page.

You agree to use Bookomnia only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Bookomnia provides software tools to manage booking workflows. Each business remains solely responsible for its services, schedules, pricing, policies, staff actions, and customer interactions.
Bookomnia is not a party to the service agreement between a business and its customers.
5. Payments and Fees
If paid plans or paid features apply, pricing and billing terms are presented at purchase or in your plan details. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for collecting and processing customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and for obtaining any required consents.
7. Intellectual Property
Bookomnia and its underlying software, branding, and content are owned by Bookomnia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms.
